Josh Cellars Reserve is the select wine from the Josh Cellars brand, launched by Joseph Carr in 2016 to honor his father's strong work ethic and commitment to high standards. The Reserve tier is a collection of special wines from outstanding vineyards in California, with grapes sourced from the North Coast, Central Coast, and Paso Robles regions.

Wayne Donaldson, with nearly three decades of experience in the international wine industry, took over winemaking for the Josh Cellars brand in 2009 and has achieved 90+ scores on a variety of Josh Cellars and Josh Cellars Reserve wines.

The Josh Cellars Reserve Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, dry red wine with rustic and robust flavors of baked black fruits, caramel, and a subtle hint of bourbon.
